In order to deepen and enrich the understanding of the genetic diversity of Penaeus japonicus, one of the most important economic shrimp species in our country, the analysis of a wild geographic population of shrimp (northern Taiwan Strait) and its breeding population transplanted to northern waters for breeding Random amplified DNA polymorphism for each of 23 individuals. In the experiment, 17 out of 20 10 bp random primers in OPK group were used to generate stable amplification results for population genetic diversity analysis. A total of 155 loci were detected in the two populations. The polymorphic proportions of wild population and cultured population Respectively, 85.14% and 78.62% respectively. The genetic diversity of two populations was quantified using the modified Shannon’s phenotypic diversity index, the genetic multiple attitudes of wild population and cultured population were 0.214 and 0.201 respectively, and the genetic similarity between the two populations was 94.20 %, The genetic distance is 0.058.
