大坝安全巡视是大坝安全监测的重要手段,也是识别大坝运行状况并对异常情况进行成因分析的重要依据.但在实际工作中,由于对巡视检查结果的分析不是很重视,往往只能是对巡视的结果做一个定性的判断,未进行量化的评价分析.针对上述原因,提出采取集值统计方法对大坝巡查结果进行量化分析和评判.又因大坝安全巡查结果的量化、评价过程中含有许多不确定性、随机性和模糊性,并且涉及到心理因素,为客观和更有利于提高评价的可信度,在综合评价中,将巡查项目(评价指标)的特性划分为5个评价等级,即:正常、基本正常、轻度异常、重度异常和恶性失
