自1999年衡水市实现全面“普九”后,基础教育继续稳步发展,中小学布局不断优化,办学条件不断改善,特别是普通高中的办学规模和质量在全省处于领先地位,初步形成了衡水教育的优质品牌。但是,县域之间,城乡之间和学校之间的发展不均衡,办学体制和办学模式尚需突破性的进展,适应教育现代化要求的学校管理制度和运行机制还有待于建立和完善。深入探究基础教育的均衡化发展将是实现优质教育的根本途径。
Since 1999, Hengshui has achieved “comprehensive nine” and basic education has continued to develop steadily. However, the development between the counties and between cities and rural areas and between schools is not balanced, and the school-running system and school-running mode still need to make breakthroughs. The school management system and operation mechanism that meet the requirements of education modernization have yet to be established and perfected. In-depth study of the balanced development of basic education will be the fundamental way to achieve quality education.
