近年来,婴幼儿米粉行业发展迅速,产品种类和产量不断增加,但同时存在产品质量及营养卫生等方面的诸多问题。本文综述了我国婴幼儿米粉的发展现状,并与国外米粉的发展现状进行了对比分析,从而获得了国内外米粉行业存在的共性问题,进一步分析了我国婴幼儿米粉产品存在卫生及营养成分不达标等主要问题,剖析了存在上述问题的主要原因,并从技术等方面提出了婴幼儿米粉的发展对策,为婴幼儿米粉行业的发展提供了有益的参考。
In recent years, infant and baby rice flour industry has developed rapidly, product categories and production continue to increase, but there are many problems in product quality and nutrition and health. This paper reviews the development status of infant rice flour in our country and compares it with the development status of foreign rice flour, so as to obtain the common problems existing in rice flour industry both at home and abroad. Further analysis is made on the non-compliance of the health and nutritional content of infant rice flour products in our country And other major issues, analyzed the main reasons for the existence of the above problems, and from the technical aspects of the proposed development of infant rice milk countermeasures for the development of infant rice flour industry provides a useful reference.
