高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)作为一种新的非侵入性治疗技术,已广泛应用于良、恶性实体肿瘤的治疗。本文就影响HIFU能量沉积的血管因素如血管直径、血流速度、血流灌注及血管在靶区内位置的研究进展做一综述。
High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) as a new noninvasive therapeutic technique has been widely used in the treatment of benign and malignant solid tumors. This review summarizes the progress of vascular factors affecting the energy deposition of HIFU such as vessel diameter, blood flow velocity, blood perfusion, and the location of blood vessels in the target area.
