提供了一种新的收卷方法,适用于柔韧带材的收卷。该方法直接利用带材生产过程中的主牵引动力,特别是以带材本身作为传动件,形成与带材生产同步的收卷运动,并使收卷的许用卷经比和能量利用率大大提高。
A new winding method is provided for winding the flexible strip. The method directly utilizes the main traction power in the strip production process, and particularly takes the strip itself as a transmission member to form a winding movement synchronous with the production of the strip material, and makes the allowable take-up volume and the energy utilization rate of the take-up roll greatly larger improve.
