近年来,电加热在我国机械、冶金、化学工业和科学研究工作中得到了广泛应用,电阻炉的数量也不断增加。这些电阻炉的电热元件除极少部分采用非金属硅碳棒外,大部分都是用镍80%铬20%和镍60%铬15%的两种镍铬合金。但我国目前镍的资源尚感稀缺,因此如何结合我国条件发展新的,特别是不含镍的电阻合金,是当前一项急不容缓的任务。近年已有一些研究单位进行了铁铬铝电阻合金的试制,并且获得了很大的成绩,但由于许多使用单位对它的特性还不太熟悉,因此没有很快得到推广。本文即根据笔者使用经验并参照国外有关资料,简要介绍这种电阻合金的性质和使用方法,以供参考。
In recent years, electric heating in China’s machinery, metallurgy, chemical industry and scientific research has been widely used, the number of resistance furnace is also increasing. Most of the electric heating elements of these resistance furnaces are made of non-metal silicon carbon rods, with 20% nickel 80% chromium and 15% nickel 60% chromium. However, at present, the resources of nickel in our country are still scarce. Therefore, it is an urgent task to develop new, especially non-nickel-containing resistance alloys according to our country’s conditions. In recent years, some research institutes have tried the trial of the iron-chromium-aluminum resistance alloy and have achieved great success. However, many units are not yet familiar with the characteristics of the iron-chromium-aluminum resistance alloy and have not been popularized very quickly. This article is based on the author’s experience and with reference to relevant foreign information, a brief description of the nature of this resistance alloy and the use of methods for reference.
