对网络环境下的科研模式进行了研究与分析，给出了网络环境下的科研工作流程，即在网络上寻找课题→在网络环境下研究课题→在网络上发表科研成果→在网络上进行科研成果评审→在网络上推广科研成果。并提出了我国利用这一模式所应采取的对策。
