我厂由于开展以节能为中心的技术改造,碳铵产量不断提高。随着合成氨产量的增加,完全开2台离心机已不能满足生产需要,必须开3台或4台离心机。因此,我厂于1983年10月安装1台经过改造的WH-800型离心机。该机和原WH-800型离心机相比,在产品含水量不超过3.5%的情况下,产量由原来6吨/时左右提高到8吨/时以上。到目前为止,该机已连续负荷运转14个月,性能良好,操作稳定。一、结构改进及特点在保证分离质量的情况下,我们对原WH-800型离心机进行了下列改进:
