中度水分胁迫处理后蔗叶形态生理变化的结果表明,中度水分胁迫对蔗叶形态没有明显的影响,而蔗叶的蒸腾强度则明显减弱,MDA含量和质膜透性也均有不同程度地提高,变化的程度因供试基因型而异,经系统聚类分析可分为三个大类,其中第Ⅲ类又分为三个亚类。中度水分胁迫下,福农81-745等5个基因型的丙二醛含量和质膜透性增加很少,表现出较强的抗旱性;而福引83-13等4个基因型则相反,抗旱性较弱。
