改革开放以来,人们生活水平不断提高,公众关注身体发展健康的意向越来越明显,推进了我国医疗卫生条件的不断深化和科学技术的引进。随着人口的增加,如今去医院寻诊看病的可谓人山人海,济济一堂。在这样大的环境下,大型医院,尤其是公立医院如何成为我国提供医疗服务的主体和中流砥柱,必须要让医院每一个部门良好合作、经济效率运营。坚持做到确保医院医疗护理质量、凸显“公益性质”、“以人为本”。医院门诊部是医院面向社会的窗口,是医院患者最集中、人流量最大的场所。随着人们对身体健康的关注和需要,导致医院门诊部门的问题日益增多。本文通过分析现代医院门诊的焦点问题,探讨如何优化门诊收费部门。
