清代在中朝边境一带发生的越境事件,既包括朝鲜边民越入中国境内,也包括中国关内流民越入朝鲜境内,后一个问题已有另篇论及,在此不再涉及。本文主要考察朝鲜边民越入鸭绿江、图们江以北中国境内所引发的中朝交涉。朝鲜人越入鸭绿江、图们江以北中国境内采参、打猎、伐木,既关系到清朝边外山场的经济利益,也关系到如何保证中朝边界的问题,曾引起清朝历代统治者高度重视,两国围绕此问题的交涉在清代从未间断过,是中朝之间重要问题之一。本文拟结 The cross-border incidents that took place along the border between China and the DPRK in the Qing Dynasty included both the fact that the North Koreans and the Vietnamese people crossed into the territory of China as well as the influx of migrants from China to the DPRK. The latter issue has been dealt with separately and is no longer covered here. This article mainly examines the Sino-DPRK representations that the DPRK border people crossed into the Yalu River and to the north of the Tumen River in China. The fact that North Koreans crossed into the Yalu River and engaged in hunting, logging and logging in China north of the Tumen River not only related to the economic interests of the mountain fields outside the Qing dynasty, but also to the issue of how to guarantee the border between China and the DPRK.
