固井施工时 ,由于某些原因 ,会在水泥石中形成裂缝等初始缺陷 ;在射孔等作业中 ,在冲击载荷作用下 ,裂缝将迅速扩展产生大裂缝 ,容易造成含油夹层段窜槽 ,给开发等工作带来不利影响。文中引入水泥石的断裂韧性这一概念进行了增强水泥石断裂韧性机理分析 ,并分别采用“霍布金森法”和“焦散线法”进行了不同配方水泥石的动态断裂韧性测定实验 ,对增强水泥石断裂韧性的有效途径进行了实验探索 ,并结合模拟射孔实验结果 ,提出了能够抵抗射孔冲击的水泥石的动态断裂韧性的临界指标。
In cementing construction, due to some reasons, initial defects such as cracks will be formed in cement stone. Under percussive load, the cracks will rapidly expand to produce large cracks during perforation and other work, which easily leads to channeling of the oil- To adversely affect the development and other work. The paper introduced the concept of fracture toughness of cement stone to analyze the mechanism of fracture toughness of cement stone. The dynamic fracture toughness of cement stone with different formulations was measured by “Hopkinson method” and “caustic method” respectively. The effective way to enhance fracture toughness of cement stone was explored experimentally, and combined with the simulation of perforation test results, the critical index of dynamic fracture toughness of cement stone capable of resisting perforation impact was proposed.
