目的:优选阿归养血方连续逆流提取工艺。方法:以阿魏酸含量及浸膏量为考察指标,采用HPLC进行阿魏酸含量测定,经多指标综合评分法结合正交设计,考察提取时间、料液比、乙醇体积分数以及提取温度等因素,确定阿归养血方连续逆流提取最佳工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶16(相当于每级为1∶4),乙醇体积分数60%,提取时间20 min,提取温度40℃。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定、可靠,为阿归养血方相关研究提供一定科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the continuous countercurrent extraction process of acidemic nourishing blood. Methods: The contents of ferulic acid and the amount of extract were investigated, and the content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. The orthogonal design was used to determine the extraction time, the ratio of solid to liquid, the volume fraction of ethanol and the extraction temperature Factors, determine the return of blood to the success of the best continuous extraction technology.
