小学英语教学注重听说读写的训练,从三年级开始,学生开始接触英语,而英语的学习又首先从英语朗读入手。《英语课程标准》(2011版)提出:“语言既是交流的工具,也是思维的工具,是知识、文化、价值观的载体。”可见,英语的朗读正确与否,直接关系到学生英语学习的实用性和深入性。传统英语教学中教师往往过于偏重学生英语学习中的答题能力和词汇量的掌握,忽视学生口头表达的练习与训练,造成了许多学生的英语成了“哑巴英语”“书面英语”。
