8月份,宝钢举办了岗位创新与企业竞争力论坛,来自宝钢、一汽的技能大师讲述了他们的岗位创新经历和业绩,引起了企业各界高度关注,也引起政府各有关部门的高度重视。严格来讲,工人技术创新并非是一个新课题,为什么大家今天对其如此热忱呢?究其原因,一是由中国制造向中国创造发展的需要;二是国家对技能人才的岗位创新重视不够。世界经济技术发展的现实告诉我们,岗位创新能力提升,是企业持续发展的重要支柱,必须引起高度重视。
In August, Baosteel held a forum on post innovation and competitiveness of enterprises. The masters of technology from Baosteel and FAW talked about their position innovation experience and achievements, aroused great attention from all walks of life and caused great attention from all relevant government departments. Strictly speaking, the technical innovation of workers is not a new issue. Why are you so passionate about it today? The reason is that the first is the need for China to create and develop for China. The second is that the state lacks enough emphasis on job innovation for skilled personnel. The reality of economic and technological development in the world tells us that the improvement of post innovation capability is an important pillar for the sustainable development of enterprises and must be given high priority.
