“以人为本”就是从人的特点或实际出发,一切政策措施体现人性,尊重人权,不能超越人的发展阶段,不能忽视人的需要。文章通过对“以人为本”的图书馆服务模式是图书馆内在的本质要求的分析,指出必须坚持以人为本的管理与服务,本着“以人为本,服务至上”的原则,营造平等和谐的人文环境,建立读者与馆员间的和谐关系,为教育与科学研究服务,满足社会不同层次人群的精神文化需求。
“People-oriented ” is based on the characteristics or reality of people. All policies and measures embody human nature and respect human rights. We can not go beyond the stage of human development and can not ignore the needs of human beings. Through the analysis of the inherent nature of the library service model, this paper points out that we must adhere to the people-oriented management and service, in line with the principle of “people-oriented, service-oriented”, to create an equal and harmonious humanity Environment, establishing a harmonious relationship between readers and librarians, serving education and scientific research, and meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of people in different social strata.
