我们又站在一个重要的时间交接点上。2006年是中国反腐战略从实践到理论实现关键性飞跃的一年。从“三位一体战略”的实践,到以和谐社会理论为统领,中国反腐败正在从战略成为体系。2007年本刊的首篇策划跳出了对落马贪官的简单罗列,在宏观和微观两个层次,从商业贿赂、司法腐败、土地夺官、社保风暴、买官卖官五大重点领域展示2006年反腐成就。十六大以来发生的中国反腐战略转型,经历了探索和完善,2006年是中国反腐战略突破之年,2007年的十七大将会开启一段新篇章。
We are standing at an important point of intersection again. Year 2006 marks a crucial leap forward in China’s anti-corruption strategy from practice to theory. From the practice of “trinity strategy” to the theory of harmonious society, anti-corruption in China is becoming a system from strategy. In 2007, the first article of this magazine jumped out of the simple list of corrupt officials in the fall, demonstrating the anti-corruption work in 2006 in five key areas: commercial bribery, judicial corruption, land grabbing, social security storm and buying and selling officials, both at the macro and micro levels achievement. The transformation of China’s anti-corruption strategy that has taken place since the 16th CPC National Congress has undergone exploration and improvement. China’s anti-corruption strategy was a breakthrough year in 2006, and the 17th CPC Congress in 2007 will open a new chapter.
