2006年3月24日,常德市临澧县人民法院以犯生产、销售伪劣产品罪,依法对11名违法犯罪分子进行了宣判。主犯陈荣华被判有期徒刑15年,并处罚金140万元;主犯欧阳友新被判有期徒刑8年,并处罚金100万元;吴松明、徐大丰、刘江华等9名从犯分别被判处3～1年有期徒刑,并处罚金60～10万元不等。至此,震动全国的常德“8·19”烟机案终于尘埃落定。该案高达304万元的案值在全国极为罕见,而对涉案人员的从重判处更是彰显了有关部门依法从严从重打击制假、售假犯罪活动的决心。
On March 24, 2006, the Linyi County People’s Court of Changde City convicted 11 illegal criminals for committing crimes of producing and selling counterfeit products. The main culprit Chen Ronghua was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment and fined 1.4 million yuan; the main culprit Ouyang You was sentenced to 8 years imprisonment and fined 1,000,000 yuan; Wu Songming, Xu Dafeng, Liu Jianghua and other 9 offenders were sentenced to 3 to 1 Year imprisonment and fined 60 to 100,000 yuan. At this point, the vibration of the country’s Changde 8.19 "smoke case finally settled. The case of up to 3.04 million yuan in the case value is extremely rare in the country, and the heavy sentence imposed on those involved is even more demonstrated the relevant departments strictly and severely crack down on criminal activities of counterfeiting and selling fake goods.
