目的研究千里光提取物对体外培养的阴道毛滴虫的杀虫效果。结论体外培养阴道毛滴虫,选择千里光提取物进行体外抗阴道毛滴虫实验,千里光药液浓度经稀释后分别为4,2,1,0.5,0.25mg/ml。同时以甲硝唑为阳性对照,乙醇及RPMI-1640为阴性对照。结果体外实验表明千里光在24h时杀灭阴道毛滴虫的最低有效浓度为2mg/ml,其杀虫效果与甲硝唑近似;阴道毛滴虫在RPMI-1640培养液中生长良好,增值3倍。结论千里光提取物在体外具有杀灭和抑制阴道毛滴虫生长的作用。
Objective To study the insecticidal effect of Trichosanthis extract on Trichomonas vaginalis cultured in vitro. Conclusion Trichomonas vaginalis was cultured in vitro, Tricholoma gondii extract was selected for Trichomonas vaginalis test in vitro. The concentrations of Trichosanthon solution were 4, 2, 1, 0.5 and 0.25 mg / ml, respectively. Metronidazole as a positive control, ethanol and RPMI-1640 as a negative control. Results In vitro experiments showed that the minimum effective concentration of Trinidad to kill Trichomonas vaginalis at 24h was 2mg / ml, and its insecticidal effect was similar to that of metronidazole.
