近几年,中等职业教育现状不容乐观,存在很多问题,集中反映在“两个不稳定”上:学生在校的不稳定、学生实习就业的不稳定。“两不稳定”发生在校内,延伸至校外,对职校学生、家长及至整个社会产生了较大的负面影响。解决这一问题需要综合多方力量,对于社会,我们希望创设一个良好的教育环境;对于家长,要转变观念,积极配合与支持学校工作;但最根本的解决措施还是靠学校靠教师。
In recent years, the status quo of secondary vocational education is not optimistic, there are many problems, mainly reflected in “two instabilities ”: the instability of students in school, student internships and employment instability. “Two instability ” occurred in the school, extending to school, the vocational school students, parents and the community as a whole had a greater negative impact. To solve this problem we need to combine various forces. For the society, we hope to create a good educational environment. For parents, we should change their concepts and actively cooperate with and support their work in schools. However, the most fundamental solution is to rely on teachers in schools.
