采用液闪单光子辐射法检测肺结核病人进展期和稳定期外周血淋巴细胞的化学发光,同时检测血浆相关性介质环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果显示,活动期肺结核病人淋巴细胞基础发光显著增强,植物血凝素(PHA)所诱导的最大发光显著减弱。血浆相关性指标cAMP和SOD下降,cGMP上升。上述指标在稳定期肺结核病人已与正常对照无显著差异。结果提示肺结核活动期淋巴细胞预激活水平增高,处过度变态反应状态,激活反应能力下降,细胞免疫功能低下。
The chemiluminescence of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis during the advanced and stable stages of pulmonary tuberculosis was detected by liquid single-photon emission spectrophotometry. The levels of plasma cAMP, cGMP and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels. The results showed that basal light emission of lymphocytes in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis was significantly increased, and the maximum luminescence induced by phytohemagglutinin (PHA) was significantly weakened. Plasma levels of cAMP and SOD decreased, cGMP increased. The above indicators in patients with stable pulmonary tuberculosis had no significant difference with the normal control. The results suggest that pre-activation of lymphocytes in active stage of tuberculosis increased, over-allergic reaction state, activation response decreased, cellular immune function is low.
