针对低渗透油藏注不进、采不出的特点,通过分析残余油饱和度度对注水影响因素,提出了降压增注的思路,研制出适合低渗透油藏的降压增注体系长碳链双亲水基两性表面活性剂,最大可以使注水压力降低63%。优选最佳盐含量范围0mg/L~30000mg/L,使用浓度10%。再此基础上在滨南油田BNB649XN20井进行现场试验,施工后初期日增注40m3,阶段累计注水1068m3,具有良好的推广应用前景。
