It is well known that the martial habit of the Hakka people comes from the straightforward and migratory nature of the source personality. Half a century ago, all Hakka-populated villages, both young and old, used their spare time to study martial arts. Ordinary martial arts usually start with “Zama Steps” and then practice martial arts such as “Zhu Jia Quan”, “Shaolin Quan” and “Tai Chi Chuan”. As for the weapons, there are also “Shaolin sticks”, “gossip knives,” “Tai Chi sword” and other martial arts skills. Every Chinese New Year, lion dance and dragon light are essential Hakka villages entertainment. To play the lion, is purely martial arts performance, the lion leapfrogging “green” gesture, that is, the actual test martial arts light.
