通过热力学计算和试验,研究了钛合金化后高硼钢含钛析出相在液相和凝固过程中的析出规律,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了高硼钢的凝固组织。研究结果表明不加钛的合金铸态组织由硼化物、铁素体、珠光体组成,钛合金化后铸态组织由第二相TiC、硼化物和铁基体组成;热力学计算结果表明含钛析出相均不可能在液相中析出,TiC在凝固的过程中析出,析出温度为1 691 K,析出时的凝固分数为29%,析出相的析出顺序为TiC>TiB2>TiB。
By means of thermodynamic calculation and experiments, the precipitation regularity of Ti-containing precipitated phase of high boron steel in liquid phase and solidification process was studied by OM, SEM, XRD, The solidification structure of high boron steel was studied. The results show that the as-cast titanium alloy is composed of borides, ferrites and pearlite, and the as-cast microstructure of titanium alloy is composed of second phase TiC, boride and iron matrix.
