由北京市信访办主办、北京市信访矛盾分析研究中心承办的“信访与社会矛盾理论与实践”系列座谈会第六次会议,于2013年4月2日在北京举行。座谈会以“认真学习贯彻十八大精神,从信访角度看依法行政的重要性”为主题,深入研究健全法制体系,进一步发挥信访工作在推进依法行政中的重要作用。座谈会由北京市信访办副主任张宗林致辞,北京市矛盾分析研究中心主任郑广淼主持,北京市信访办复查复核处处长邸东旭、北京市丰台区信访办主任尚振国、北京市朝阳区信访办主任宋少伟进行主题发言,国家行政学院法学部教研部副主任、博士生导师、教授杨小军,北京市社会科学院特约研究员、教授徐家力,中央党校政法部宪法与行政法教研室主任、博士生导师、教授傅思明对发言进行了点评,北京市政府副秘书长、市信访办主任薄钢出席并作总结讲话。本文将论坛相关内容摘登如下(以论坛内容进展顺序为序)
The 6th meeting of “Symposium and Theory and Practice of Social Contradictions” hosted by Beijing Office for Letters and Visits and contracted by Beijing Research Center for Letters and Visions was held in Beijing on April 2, 2013. The symposium will deepen the study and perfection of the legal system with the theme of “earnestly studying and implementing the spirit of the 18th National Congress and judging the importance of administering affairs according to law from the perspective of letters and visits” and further exerting the important role of letters and visits in advancing the administration according to law. The symposium was addressed by Zhang Zonglin, deputy director of Beijing City Letters and Calls Office, Zheng Guangmiao, director of Beijing Research Center for Conflict Analysis, Di Dongxu, director of the Beijing Office of Letters and Calls for Reviews, Shang Shanguo, Director of Letters and Calls Office of Fengtai District, Beijing, and a letter of visit from Chaoyang District, Beijing Professor Song Shaowei held keynote speeches. Professor Yang Xiaojun, a professor and doctoral tutor at the Faculty of Law of the National School of Administration, Xu Jiali, a professor and a professor at the Beijing Academy of Social Sciences, and a doctoral supervisor and a doctoral tutor at the Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of the Central Party School’s Political Science and Law Department, Comment on the speech, Beijing Municipal Government Deputy Secretary-General, City Office of the Director of Letters and Visits Office to attend and make concluding remarks.
