新生儿视网膜出血是产科常见的并发症,由于它对视网膜发育和视力的影响较大,近年来越来越受到围产医学界及眼科学界的重视。预防新生儿视网膜出血是一项很重要的新生儿保健工作,对减少儿童先天性弱视及斜视的发生具有重要意义。我院眼科与新生儿科合作,于1990年1月～1991年1月期间,对423例新生儿进行了随机眼底检查,结果报道如下。
Neonatal retinal hemorrhage is a common complication of obstetrics, due to its greater impact on retinal development and visual acuity, in recent years more and more by the perinatal medical and ophthalmology attention. Prevention of neonatal retinal hemorrhage is a very important neonatal care work, to reduce the incidence of children with amblyopia and strabismus is of great significance. Our hospital ophthalmology and neonatology cooperation, from January 1990 to January 1991 period, the 423 cases of newborns were randomized fundus examination, the results reported below.
