事业单位是计划经济时期所留下的产物,随着市场经济不断发展,社会各项事业的不断进步,我国针对政治体制改革的全面开展,针对事业单位的改革也就成了重中之重。事业单位随着社会意识形态的不断发展,其外延与内涵已经与传统意义上的事业单位有了较大的区别,这也就决定了事业单位的特殊性。因其存在特殊性,使得事业单位的经济体制改革一直很难取得实质性的进展。本文通过分析事业单位经济体制改革中所存在的问题,探究其今后进行改革的方向与措施。 Institutions are the product of the planned economy. With the continuous development of the market economy and the continuous improvement of various social undertakings, the reform of the political system in our country has been carried out in an all-round way and the reform of the institutions has become the most important task.
