我们生产的产品当中,需攻丝的活较多,过去由人工来攻丝,这样效率既低又消耗体力。在厂党委的领导和支持下,工人们破除了迷信,大搞技术革命,制出了这台攻丝机。用它来攻丝后,不仅能大大提高生产效率,而且也使工人从体力劳动中解放出来。攻丝机的结构如附图所示。电动机1通过齿轮2、3和4、摩擦片21使传动轴5带着伞齿轮转动。带有离合齿的伞齿轮6和7可分别与另一伞齿轮啮合,并能在主轴8上空转和移动。在主轴8的上端装有弹簧9和10,两弹簧间有与主轴螺纹相啮合的螺母11,并用销钉12夹在帽子13上。离合器14和15用键装在主轴8上,可通过拨叉19和20、联杆18及手柄17的动作,便可分别与伞齿轮6或7啮合.
Among the products we produce, there is a lot of tapping to be done. In the past, tapping was done manually, which was inefficient and exhausting. Under the leadership and support of the party committee of the factory, the workers broke away from superstition and vigorously promoted the technological revolution and made this tapping machine. Use it to tap, not only can greatly improve production efficiency, but also to free workers from manual labor. The structure of the tapping machine is shown in the attached drawing. The motor 1 passes gears 2, 3 and 4, and the friction plate 21 rotates the propeller shaft 5 with a bevel gear. The bevel gears 6 and 7 with the clutch teeth can mesh with the other bevel gear, respectively, and can idle and move on the main shaft 8. At the upper end of the spindle 8 are mounted springs 9 and 10 with a nut 11 engaging the spindle threads and pinned to the cap 13 by means of a pin 12. The clutches 14 and 15 are keyed to the main shaft 8 so as to mesh with the bevel gears 6 and 7, respectively, by the action of the forks 19 and 20, the link 18 and the handle 17.
