患者女,31岁,患ＳＬＥ4年,近4天来自觉左胸壁灼痛,迅速起水疱、血疱,于1999年4月22日来我科就诊。患者于1997年7月和1998年10月分别在右、左胸壁患过带状疱疹。皮肤科检查:狼疮性脱发,脸部有蝶形黑色素沉着斑,伴有毛细血管扩张。右胸壁沿第七肋间有排列密集、大小不等、边界清 Female, 31 years old, suffering from SLE4 years, nearly 4 days from the left chest wall burning pain, rapid blisters, blood blisters, in April 22, 1999 to our department. Patients had shingles on the right and left chest wall in July 1997 and October 1998, respectively. Dermatological examination: lupus hair loss, facial melanin-like spots, accompanied by telangiectasias.
