本文研究了高炉下部铁水渗碳的一般规律。计算和实验都表明,目前高炉生铁含碳量未达到饱和。降低进入炉缸铁水的碳量,有助降低终碳含量。石墨比木炭、焦炭更易溶于铁水,温度是影响生铁含碳量的重要因素。当[Si]<0.5%,生铁中[C]、[Si]呈正相关关系,用[C]代替[Si]作为低硅铁冶炼时高炉热状态判据更为合理。
In this paper, the general rule of carburizing molten iron in the lower part of blast furnace is studied. Calculations and experiments show that the current carbon content of blast furnace pig iron does not reach saturation. Reducing the amount of carbon entering the hearth helps to reduce the final carbon content. Graphite is more soluble in hot metal than charcoal and coke, and temperature is an important factor that affects the carbon content of pig iron. When [Si] is less than 0.5%, [C] and [Si] in pig iron have a positive correlation, and it is more reasonable to use [C] instead of [Si] as the criterion for the thermal state of blast furnace in low ferrosilicon smelting.
