目的:口腔颌面部骨骼作为全身骨骼的一部份,影响全身骨质疏松的因素同样也可影响颌骨。本文拟对由口腔颌面部骨质疏松引起的牙槽骨吸收、牙周病、种植体愈合、颞颌关节疾病与全身性骨质疏松的关系研究进展作一综述。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline数据库1990-01/2003-12的相关文章,检索词“Osteoporosis,alveolaratrophy,periodontitis,implantden-ture,temporarymandiblejoint.”限定文章语言种类为英文,同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库1990-01/2003-12的相关文章,检索词:“骨质疏松、牙槽骨萎缩、牙周病、种植牙、颞下颌关节”,限定语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取试验包括上述治疗组和对照组的文献,然后筛除非随机临床试验的研究,对剩余的文献开始查找全文,以随机对照临床试验(RCT)作为纳入标准。排除标准:重复性研究。资料提炼:共收集到27篇关于全身性骨质疏松和牙槽骨萎缩、牙周病、种植义齿、颞下颌关节疾病关系的随机和未随机试验。纳入的18个试验符合纳入标准。资料综合:18个试验的对象均为符合诊断标准的骨质疏松症患者,通过对骨密度、剩余牙数、牙槽嵴高度等检测方法,对全身性骨质疏松引起的口腔颌面部骨骼的变化进行了对照研究及相关分析。结论:全身发性骨质疏
OBJECTIVES: Oral and maxillofacial bones, as part of a full-body skeleton, also affect the jaw in the same way that factors affecting whole body osteoporosis. This article is intended to summarize the research progress of the relationship between alveolar bone resorption, periodontal disease, implant healing, temporomandibular joint disease and systemic osteoporosis caused by osteoporosis of oral maxillofacial region. Source: The related articles of Medline database from January 1990 to December 2003 were retrieved by computer. The search term “Osteoporosis, alveolaratrophy, periodontitis, implantden-ture, temporarymandible joint” was used to restrict the language of the article to English. Meanwhile, Wanfang database 1990-01 / 2003-12 related articles, terms: “osteoporosis, alveolar bone atrophy, periodontal disease, implants, temporomandibular joint”, the limited language type is Chinese. Data Selection: The data were first reviewed, the trials including the above treatment and control groups were selected, and then the non-randomized clinical trials were screened. The remaining articles were searched for and the randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs) were included as inclusion criteria. Exclusion criteria: Repeatability study. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 27 randomized and non-randomized trials on systemic osteoporosis and alveolar bone atrophy, periodontal disease, implant dentures and temporomandibular joint diseases were collected. Eighteen included trials met the inclusion criteria. DATA SYNTHESIS: Eighteen trials were performed on patients with osteoporosis in accordance with the diagnostic criteria.
