针对半圆管直径为Φ100 mm、弯头弯曲半径为R100 mm的小半径半圆管弯头的成形加工,由于其弯曲半径过小,而无法采用传统管弯头弯制方法成形。经过工艺分析和理论计算,设计了弯曲成形模具和坯料,并通过弯曲实验优化了模具结构和坯料,避免了变形过程中起皱、拉裂等问题,通过控制回弹在合理的范围内,生产出了合格的半圆管弯头。
