用经济型数控系统对普通机床进行改装,投资少,见效快,经济效果明显,是使传统设备实现机电一体化的有效途径。现以我厂部分车床及立铣改造为例作一介绍。一、改造方法我厂的4台C6140普通车床,经多年使用,加工精度已达不到要求,丝杠磨损严重,最大间隙达0.3mm左右,已多年没使用。1台XA5032普通立铣丝杠间隙达0.35mm,定位精度低,加工油泵零件中的腰形槽时,需用回转工作台,并且手要不停地操作,加工精度差。为此,我厂选用南京微分电机厂生产的JWK-5/2及JWK-9/2经济型机床微机控制系统,分别改造车床
