针对连续铸钢复杂的工艺特点,采用可编程序逻辑控制器、组态软件和相应的检测器件构建控制系统,实现其自动控制。介绍了系统的硬件结构、软件设计思想。针对结晶器液位存在时变、滞后、耦合等非线性的特征,难于建立精确数学模型,同时为了简化模糊控制器的设计,对其采用变形模糊PID控制,详细介绍了其原理和设计步骤。实践表明,该控制系统稳定可靠、结构简单、维护方便,提高了生产效率和产品质量,有良好的推广价值。
Aiming at the complicated process characteristics of continuous cast steel, a programmable logic controller, configuration software and corresponding detection devices are used to construct the control system to realize its automatic control. Because of the time-varying, lagging, coupling and other non-linear characteristics of liquid level, it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model.
