众所周知,实践教学在现中等职业教学活动中占据着重要的地位,它是实现职业教育教学目标的重要“手段”。烹饪课程实践教学质量的高低将直接影响学生动手操作能力的强弱。因此做好烹饪专业的实践教学工作是改变陈旧中职烹饪教育模式的突破口之一。本文通过当前中职烹饪课程实践教学的问题进行了分析,并探讨出了改变烹饪实践教学的具体方法。
As we all know, practical teaching occupies an important position in the current secondary vocational teaching activities. It is an important “means” to achieve the goal of vocational education and teaching. The level of practice teaching in cooking courses will directly affect the students’ ability of hands-on operation. Therefore, doing a good culinary profession practice teaching is to change one of the breakthrough in the old mid-level cooking education model. This article analyzes the problems of the practical teaching of the current vocational cooking course and explores the concrete methods to change the cooking practice teaching.
