【目的】探讨霍奇金淋巴瘤(HL) 细胞信号转导物与转录激活剂3(STAT3) 的活化对bcl2 蛋白表达的调控作用。【方法】采用SP免疫组织化学方法检测了40 例不同亚型HL 之RS/H 细胞及13 例反应性增生淋巴结(RH) 的STAT3 和抗凋亡基因蛋白bcl2 的表达。【结果】STAT3 及bcl2 蛋白在HL 不同亚型的RS/H 细胞中均呈过度表达( 阳性率分别为65 % 和67 .5 % ) ,且两者的阳性率呈明显的正相关( P < 0 .05) 。【结论】STAT3 的活化可能通过介导抗凋亡基因bcl2 的过度表达而使RS/H 细胞呈持续性增殖,并在HL 之RS/H 细胞恶性转化及演进中起重要作用。
【Objective】 To investigate the regulation of the expression of bcl2 protein by the activation of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) in Hodgkin’s lymphoma (HL) cells. 【Methods】 SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of STAT3 and anti-apoptosis gene protein bcl 2 in 40 subtype HL RS/H cells and 13 reactive hyperplasia lymph nodes (RH). 【Results】 STAT3 and bcl2 proteins were over-expressed in RS/H cells with different HL subtypes (positive rates were 65% and 67.5%, respectively), and the positive rates of the two were positively correlated ( P < 0 .05). [Conclusion] The activation of STAT3 may lead to the sustained proliferation of RS/H cells through the overexpression of anti-apoptosis gene bcl-2, and play an important role in the malignant transformation and progression of HL RS/H cells.
