目的了解目前黑龙江省哈尔滨市消费者有关营养标签的知识、态度、行为(KAP)的现状,对消费者关注的食品营养标签存在的问题进行分析,为营养标签的宣传教育提供依据。方法从社区人群中分层抽取消费者进行营养标签相关知识的问卷调查,并应用Excel及SAS软件进行分析。结果189名消费者中有56名将营养信息作为选择食品的首要考虑因素,占30%;食品营养标签的知晓率为39.2%;90%的调查对象不知道《食品营养标签管理规范》已出台实施;对营养标签真实性的信任度为71.7%,满意度为56.8%。结论消费者对食品营养标签的知晓率不高,对营养标签的关心、理解、信任和满意度有待提高,需加强对消费者的营养教育。
Objective To understand the status quo of knowledge, attitudes and behavior (KAP) of consumers about nutrition labeling in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province at present, and to analyze the existing problems of consumers’ nutrition labeling and to provide basis for the propaganda and education of nutrition labeling. Methods A questionnaire survey on consumers’ nutritional labeling was carried out by stratified sampling among community groups and analyzed by Excel and SAS software. Results 56 out of 189 consumers took nutrition information as the primary consideration in selecting food, accounting for 30%; the awareness rate of food nutrition labeling was 39.2%; 90% of the respondents did not know that the “Code of Management of Food Nutrition Labeling” had been implemented ; The trustworthiness of nutrition labeling authenticity was 71.7%, satisfaction was 56.8%. Conclusions Consumers’ awareness of food nutrition labeling is not high. Concern, understanding, trust and satisfaction of nutrition labeling need to be improved. Nutritional education for consumers should be strengthened.
