以郑州市郑东新区望龙东桥为例,计算满堂支架施工中碗扣式脚手架中每根钢管立杆所承受的竖向力,分析单根立杆的强度和稳定性。在立杆稳定性不满足规范要求的情况下,通过合理的选择压重施加时机和顺序,使钢管立杆的稳定性满足规范要求。解决了不对称桥梁施工中边跨压重带来的支架稳定安全系数低的问题。
Taking Wanglong East Bridge in Zhengdong New District of Zhengzhou City as an example, the vertical force of each steel pipe pole in bowl-button scaffolding was calculated and the strength and stability of single pole were analyzed. Under the condition that the stability of the pole does not meet the requirements of the code, the stability and stability of the pole of the steel pipe meet the requirements of the code by reasonably choosing the timing and order of application. It solves the problem of low stability and safety factor of the bracket caused by the side span weighting in asymmetrical bridge construction.
