一九八九年高考数学试题保持了历年来高考试题的基本特点,继续坚持在全面考查基础知识、基本方法的基础上,着重考查考生灵活运用基础知识分析和解决问题的能力,为了更好地贯彻“两个有利”的命题指导思想,命题组确定了“考查基础知识,注重数学思想,培养实际能力”的命题原则,围绕这个原则,采取了一些措施,具体说明如下:
