“工学交替”是我国高职院校普遍采用的校企合作模式。本文认为成功的“工学交替式”校企合作模式应能实现企业、学生和学校的三方共赢,分别解决三方的不同问题。在此基础上,本文提出并分析了“工学交替式”校企合作的实施步骤和实施周期,指出了实施“工学交替式”校企合作的实施应加以注意的问题。
“Alternation between Engineering and Technology ” is a commonly used mode of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges in China. This paper argues that successful “alternating engineering and university” model of school-enterprise cooperation should enable win-win cooperation among enterprises, students and schools and solve different problems of the three parties. On this basis, this paper puts forward and analyzes the implementation steps and implementation cycles of the school-enterprise cooperation with “alternating engineering and work”, and points out the problems that should be paid attention to in implementing the “alternating engineering-university-enterprise” cooperation.
