Flying off the fly legs in beginners or low-level athletes often appear to hit legs “offset ” error phenomenon. The reason for this phenomenon has not been studied. This study tries to find out the reasons that lead to the phenomenon of “offset” from the perspective of kinematics and surface myoelectricity, and provide some theoretical references for the majority of athletes and coaches. Through the study shows that: the soaring ajib foot action “shift ” phenomenon with the muscle work and excitement may have a certain relationship. Muscle excitement does not affect the vacated action, however, the stage muscle EMG signal strength “advance ” foreshadowed the effect of air action. However, the main stage of the phenomenon of “offsets” from the ground-to-strike stage is mainly due to the excitability of the extravertebral muscles being greater than the excitability of the spinosal muscles and the poor coordination ability between the muscles. “Offset ” phenomenon in the stage of impact to the landing formed “D ” movement trajectory, probably because athletes in order to maintain balance, consciously move closer. At this point, one of the factors contributing to this incorrect behavior may be the higher intramuscular strength than the extravertebral muscle strength.
