尿铅测定是铅中毒诊断、铅作业工人预防体检常用指标。测定方法有双硫腙分光光度法,原子吸收分光光度法等。作者等曾介绍四-(对-三甲铵苯基)卟啉分光光度法测定空气铅。在此基础上又摸索了应用甲基异丁酮萃取、四-(对-三甲铵苯基)卟啉分光光度法测定尿铅,并经过实际样品测试,还与双硫腙法进行了比较。 方法 1、试剂 0.02%四-(对-三甲铵苯基卟啉溶液,简称TAPP)。铅标准贮备液1mg/ml。10%氰化钾。2%硝酸。0.1M四硼酸钠溶液。饱和碘化钾溶液。2.5%辛基苯氧基聚乙氧基乙醇溶液,简称(Tx-100)。0.25M氢氧化钠溶液。甲基异丁酮,简称MIBK。以上试剂为分析
