我矿长期来,都是开采天然富矿石,而富矿石在开采中已逐年的减少。为了满足高炉炼铁的需要,只好采取吃富丢贫的办法。这样大量地浪费了矿石资源。另外,有的矿体已部分剥离,具备了开采条件。由于矿石品位低,不能直接入炉,因而不能开采。为了合理的开发利用矿石资源和提高高炉利用系数,降低炼铁焦比及熔剂消耗,低品位褐铁矿的合理利用成了当务之急。
My mine has long been mining natural rich ore, while the rich ore in the mining has been reduced year by year. In order to meet the needs of blast furnace ironmaking, we had to resort to eating rich and poor methods. This is a huge waste of ore resources. In addition, some of the ore body has been partially stripped, with the mining conditions. Due to the low grade ore can not be directly into the furnace, which can not be mined. In order to rationally develop and utilize ore resources and improve blast furnace utilization coefficient and reduce the iron-making coke ratio and flux consumption, the rational utilization of low-grade limonite has become a top priority.
