目的 调查 10~ 12岁小学生牙列发育和一般生长发育状况 ,探讨两者的联系以及钙制剂对牙列发育和生长发育的影响。方法 采用整群抽样的方法调查福州市某小学五年级小学生的牙列发育和一般生长发育状况 ,并以问卷形式调查钙制剂与牙列发育的关系。结果 (1) 2 84名学生 ,替牙期占 4 5 .2 3% ,恒牙期占 5 4 .77% ,男女构成无显著差别 ;(2 )替牙列组与恒牙列组身高、体重采用单因素方差分析 ,P<0 .0 5 ,差别有显著统计学意义 ;(3)同时采用四格表卡方检验分别检验钙制剂与牙列期、牙萌出顺序的关系 ,P>0 .0 5。结论 牙列发育与身高、体重的增加是同步的 ,在生长发育类型是属同一生长型 ,不能单纯认为增加钙制剂就会促进牙列发育及影响牙的萌出顺序
Objective To investigate the relationship between dentition development and general growth and development of pupils aged 10-12 years old and to explore the relationship between them and the effect of calcium preparations on dentition development and growth. Methods The method of cluster sampling was used to investigate the dentition development and general growth and development of grade five primary schoolchildren in Fuzhou. The relationship between calcium preparations and dentition development was investigated by questionnaire. Results (1) There were no significant differences between male and female students in 2 84 students, with 45.23% for dentition and 54.77% for permanent dentition. (2) Body weight was analyzed by one-way ANOVA, P <0. 05, the difference was statistically significant; (3) Simultaneous use of four-table chi-square test were used to examine the relationship between calcium preparations and dentition period, .0 5. Conclusion The development of dentition is in synchrony with the increase of height and weight. In the type of growth and development, it belongs to the same growth type. It can not be simply considered that the increase of calcium will promote the development of dentition and affect the order of teeth eruption
