目的 研究不同地区丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)基因型构成及基因变异。方法 HCV感染者血清 6 4份分别采自中国河南省 (2 5份 )和河北省 (18份 ) ,以及瑞典 (11份 )和德国 (10份 ) ,分别进行HCVRNA和基因型检测 ,对 11株HCV分离株核心区基因序列进行测定 ,并用软件分析各地域HCV核心区基因序列的同源性。结果 从中国两省和欧洲两国分离的HCV基因型构成不同 ,在我国血清标本中发现 1b和 2a亚型 ,在瑞典和德国标本中还发现 1a、2c和 3a亚型。在同一地区分离的同一基因型HCV核心区序列的同源性高于不同地区。结论 HCV基因型的构成与地域有关 ,同一基因型HCV间的序列差异也与地域有关
Objective To study the genotypes and genetic variations of hepatitis C virus (HCV) in different areas. Methods Sixty-four HCV sera were collected from Henan Province in China (25) and Hebei Province (18), and Sweden (11) and Germany (10) respectively for HCV RNA and genotype detection. The HCV core region genes were sequenced and the software was used to analyze the homology of HCV core region sequences in different regions. Results The HCV genotypes isolated from the two provinces of China and Europe were different in composition. The 1b and 2a subtypes were found in Chinese serum samples, and the 1a, 2c and 3a subtypes were also found in Swedish and German specimens. The identities of HCV core sequences of the same genotype isolated in the same region were higher than those in different regions. Conclusion The genotypes of HCV genotypes are related to the region, and the sequence differences between the HCVs of the same genotype are also related to the region
