以聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷树脂(PAE)、苯乙烯、丙烯酸为主要原料,以过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,在复合乳化剂作用下合成环压增强剂乳液。主要探讨了St-PAE共聚乳液合成时乳化剂的选择、苯乙烯与PAE的比例、丙烯酸和引发剂的用量。利用红外光谱对增强剂结构进行了表征,探讨了其不同乳液用量对瓦楞原纸的增强效果。实验得出:苯乙烯与PAE的比例为2:1、丙烯酸用量为6%,引发剂用量为0.7%时,乳液的增强效果最好。然后将St-PAE乳液在瓦楞原纸中应用,添加量为1.0%(对绝干浆)时,环压指数和抗张指数比空白样分别提高21.62%和45.30%。
Polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin resin (PAE), styrene, acrylic acid as the main raw material, with ammonium persulfate - sodium bisulfite as initiator, under the action of the composite emulsifier ring pressure intensifier emulsion synthesis. The choice of emulsifier, the ratio of styrene and PAE, the amount of acrylic acid and initiator used in the copolymerization of St-PAE were discussed. The structure of the enhancer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, and the reinforcing effect of different emulsion dosage on corrugated paper was discussed. The experimental results show that the enhancement effect of emulsion is the best when the ratio of styrene to PAE is 2: 1, the amount of acrylic acid is 6% and the amount of initiator is 0.7%. Then the St-PAE emulsion was used in corrugated paper. When the addition amount was 1.0% (for dry pulp), the ring pressure index and tensile index increased by 21.62% and 45.30% respectively.
