1　资料与方法1.1　病例来源情况:于1994～1996年,来自福州郊县(市)长乐市沿海农村71例活动性肺结核就诊病人,每例摄全胸片一张,痰涂片检查2次,确诊为肺结核。71例中,男45例,女26例,最大64岁,最小20岁。其中20～29岁16例,30～39岁21例,40～49岁17例,50～59岁13例,60岁以上4例。 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 The source of cases: From 1994 to 1996, 71 cases of active tuberculosis patients from coastal areas of Changle City, Fuzhou suburbs, each case full chest radiograph, sputum smear examination 2 times, Confirmed as tuberculosis. 71 cases, 45 males and 26 females, a maximum of 64 years old, the youngest 20 years old. Among them, 16 cases were 20-29 years old, 21 cases were 30-39 years old, 17 cases were 40-49 years old, 13 cases were 50-59 years old and 4 cases were over 60 years old.
