目的:探讨疗效满意的治疗肺纤维化的中药方剂。方法:90只大鼠均分为对照组、模型组、大、中、小剂量中药治疗组,14 d、28 d两个时段处死做肺组织生化检测。结果:中药治疗组肺组织SOD活性显著增加(P<0.05),且有随给药剂量增加而升高趋势,M DA含量显著减少(P<0.05);Hyp含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:麦门冬、丹参煎剂对大鼠实验性肺纤维化模型有一定防治作用。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pulmonary fibrosis prescription. Methods: 90 rats were divided into control group, model group, large, medium and small dose of Chinese medicine treatment group, 14 d, 28 d two periods were sacrificed to do lung biochemical tests. Results: The activity of SOD in lung tissue of Chinese herbal medicine group increased significantly (P <0.05), and increased with the increase of dose. The content of M DA decreased significantly (P <0.05) and the content of Hyp decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ophiopogon japonicus and Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction have some preventive and therapeutic effects on experimental pulmonary fibrosis model in rats.
