单边支重轮的结构见附图,主要漏油部位有4处。其原因和治理措施如下。 1.油堵10与支重轮轴4贮油孔喇叭口配合处漏油 主要原因 (1)油堵的加工精度不够,60°锥面角度不准确。 (2)油堵的60°锥面轴心线与油堵螺纹部分轴心线的同轴度误差超差。 (3)在转运过程中两锥面被磕碰、划伤。
